Dr Lunjie Zeng
Biography
Lunjie received a BS in material physics and a MS in condensed matter physics from Wuhan University in Wuhan city, China. Then he got his PhD in condensed matter physics from Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing. He started working in Chalmers University of Technology as a post-doc. Currently he is working as a researcher in Eva Olsson Group in Department of Physics at Chalmers.

Research Interests
  • Transmission electron microscopy is used as the main tool for exploring the novel structural characteristics of various functional materials. Through diffraction, imaging and spectroscopy from the nanometer scale to the atomic scale, crystal structure and electronic structure relevant to the growth, failure, and excellence of the materials can be unveiled. In situ techniques are often used to study the dynamic structural evolution and its direct relation to the performance of the material and device, especially the electrical and optical properties of nano-structures .
